We've supplied tier-1 jobs including INPEX Ichthys LNG, Shell Prelude FLNG, Sydney Metro and the NextDC data centres, alongside hundreds of smaller projects across WA and the eastern states. We're based in Jandakot,and we have a clear plan to scale the business significantly over the next three years. To support that growth, we're adding to our customer service team. The Role You'll work alongside our Customer Service Lead and another Customer Service Representative, handling the engine room of the business — quotes, orders, enquiries and follow-ups — through NetSuite (our ERP and CRM). Day to day: - Processing quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, back orders etc - Following up open quotes and converting them into orders - Handling phone, email and counter enquiries from contractors, builders, fabricators and resource clients alike - Coordinating with our purchasing, warehouse and logistics team to keep jobs moving - Keeping NetSuite clean — pricing, customers, products, contract pricing - Supporting our growing national network of commission sales agents with quoting and order processing About You We're after someone with: - Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support or trade counter — ideally in building products, industrial supply, technical distribution or a similar B2B environment - Strong attention to detail and the discipline to follow through on every quote and order - Confidence on the phone and in writing - A head for numbers — margins, pricing, commercial sense - Solid Excel and Outlook skills; NetSuite, MYOB Advanced, Pronto or similar ERP experience is a plus - A no-BS approach — owns problems, communicates clearly, gets things done Technical insulation knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll teach you the products. What we can't teach is work ethic and care.
